I feel the organization needs to be careful not to oversell me as an important contributor. Too much "cult of personality"-type affectation can absolutely sink us.

No, getting my name wrong (I prefer the alternate spelling, "Jeff") is the first sign of very canny corporate campaign to keep it real. As the kids say.
