We would like to inform your Excellency about the observations of the Rasafa sector that was discussed during the meeting that included the Commanders of the Sectors on 26/3/2003 and as follow:
1. Study the subject of the American and British dead and how to surrender them after the invitation of their relative to Baghdad by the International Red Cross Crescent.
2. Discuss doing a TV interview with one of the pilot prisoners where he discusses in the interview his aggression against our country and how he was shut down by our heroic ground resistance… and during which the dead bodies of the American-British enemy will be shown on the battlefield.
